Farrans Roadbridge Joint Venture (FRBJV) are the principle contractors for the Thirlmere Link Mains project. This is a component of the West Cumbria Water Suppliers project undertaken by United Utilities.

HOW WE HELPED

As the appointed waste management contractor, we have been able to work with Farrans Roadbridge JV to establish their requirements for the waste being produced across the various sites and in their offices. We provide a range of skips, roll-on roll-off containers, wheelie bins and hazardous waste collections.

WHAT THEY THINK

We contacted Cumbria Waste Group for their services due to their reputation as a reliable organisation with wide regional coverage.

Cumbria Waste assisted us in our record keeping by sending through information and data every month. This was a great asset to the project as it allowed our Environmental team to keep track of the waste being produced on site. Cumbria Waste also portrayed a high level of transparency as they allowed us to carry out an audit on the waste management facilities at Hespin Wood and Distington Transfer Station where the waste from our sites is effectively managed.

Because of their reliability, good customer relations and their ability to cope with a large-scale project such as the Thirlmere Link Mains, I would highly recommend their services as a waste management company.
